Job Description:
We are in need of a Systems Development Engineer for a long term
opportunity in San Diego, CA.

This role will be focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) for
plant level solutions using the agile development process. This is
a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to develop new
technology and products. This specific position focuses on
developing system level models, reliability studies and remote
operation enablers related to turbomachinery power
applications.

Supervisory & Predictive Control

Machine Learning
Validation Testing
University Research
Integration into existing systems
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Engineering
8+ years of industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's or PhD degree in electrical or mechanical
engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Physics based modeling - system modeling in MATLAB, Simulink
Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Simulation/Testing
Data Visualization/Analysis
Turbomachinery subsystems & balance of plant knowledge
Control systems knowledge
Field or test cell experience
Programming experience
Great attention to detail
Knowledge of the Agile/Scrum -Process
Pay Rate: $40/hour- $60/hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
