- Communicate bid coverage
- Complete Bid forms
- Process all requests for approvals
- Direct liaison between the Estimating departments and
subcontractors
- Maintain bid list
- Set up estimate numbers
- maintain estimating drive, calls, faxes and templates
- Scan bid books
- Various other tasks as needed
Software Knowledge (a Plus)
- Word, Excel and Outlook
- SmartBidNet
- CRM
- Viewpoint
- Box.com
