Job Description:

A company is looking for a Professional Services Coding Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Engage teams to drive change to meet KPI's, goals, and Pre AR metrics
Analyze Pre AR scorecards across multiple sites to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with clients and clinical departments

Required Qualifications

RHIT/RHIA credential with a CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, or CIC coding credential
3 years of experience in coding operations and management of coding teams
Experience managing both onshore and offshore coding teams across multiple facilities
