Assistant Salon Manager Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips salon in Poway Plaza.
As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the salon team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing daily salon operations, leading a team of stylists, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Our salon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $18-$22 per hour, plus tips and bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills through ongoing training and education.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong technical ability to cut hair. You will also need to be flexible and organized, with a drive to achieve goals and exceed targets.
