Core functions will be: *Monitor all invoices for accuracy and assist with processing of invoices *Keep track of open purchase orders and payment status *Preparation of sales reports *Assist with compiling data into reports pertaining to inventory, transactions, and payables, and receivables *Coordinate with vendors and maintain vendor information *Perform inventory management and monitor activity. *Assist with Co. software implementation.
