Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing & Collection Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient service aspects related to patient balances,
including collections and account maintenance
Respond to inquiries and process payments while ensuring accuracy
in patient accounts
Prepare accounts for collections and generate demand for payment
letters as necessary
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in accounting or business, or a High School
Diploma with relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with an associate degree, or 5 years
without
Experience with medical software and proficiency in Microsoft
Excel
Knowledge of office procedures and ability to use office
machines
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
